3 Tricks To Build Muscle Without Adding Weight To The Bar Mehroz: Great video big guy, I recently started doing 8 reps of 315, then 10 reps of 225 and then 12 reps of 135. With only 60 sec rest periods, I know 135 for 12 reps looks sorta pussy but by the end 135 feels so humbling and heavy.

I ve started training only a few months back, one big doubt is, should I increase the weights with each rep or start with the heaviest and reduce it as I do my next rep?
