The mind muscle connection gets tricky when you're doing compound movements with the barbell. Many people have imbalances they are unaware of just from their daily lifestyles, which prevent full isolation and contraction.
I would recommend doing one side at a time with a dumbbell or cables, and really finding the sweet spot. Often times it's different between your left and right side.

I never leave room for spare reps unless its warm up then sure, other than that, every last rep I push though and If I cant do 10 then I start with 4-6 then drop set them until I do 10- while contracting hard and squeezing every last bit of my soul on them and trust me ohh boyyy I have grown a monster

As you said frequently touch my arms but bro can I keep my bicep work and triceps work at last of the upper body PULL workout and upper Body PUSH workouts for fast muscle growth or should I start my arm workout when i am fresh? Thanks in advance

my problem with bicep curls or biceps in general is that i can lift more weight that the one i usually use, but i cant feel the same pump, with lighter weights and high reps (15-20) i literally feel my arm burning.

I have tried to tell people the same exact thing and they don't want to listen but ask how I continue to see gainz. By doing the work, doing it hard and doing it correctly

I used to train my arms everyday they actually looked smaller and skinnier now i let them recover before hitting them they are growing now very slowly painfully slow lol

So there is failure and absolute failure. this is helpful because I used to do all my exercises to absolute failure instead of leaving a couple in the tank. Thanks guys

Dude, doing triceps before bench is insanely bad advice. I've actually had them give out and luckily I was using dumbbells and didn't injure myself.
