Brilliant video!
I have 2 questions: 1) Should this be done only AFTER warm up, or can be done even when -cold-?
2) Also, is this more of a -finisher- routine (after one's main workout, or can/should this be done BEFORE one's main workout?
In short, I have queries reg. the timing of performing this routine.

For my round shoulders and hump, planks have worked wonders. It all got fixed within 3 months and getting quite better daily ever since.

There was a great add before video for this issue. Two bands opposing hands pull high above head and back and low to hip.
