Bench Press and Triceps Hypertrophy Training Day
Franci: What does high volume and volume itself usually tend to refer to in weight training? And when training for hypertrophy, should you always aim for a moderate amount of sets with higher reps? And days when you just feel like testing your strength, can you pyramid up with weights, like deadlift for example? Sorry if my question seems a little vague, just not trying to put a one way of doing things when it comes to lifting. Better to be open to every option and ways of doing things. Thanks!
