LANDLORD: you can be really strong for your size but the one who lifts more is stronger saying that i can only bench press my body weight 15 reps im natural its ok. if you can bench that for 16 reps you have a huge advantage but if you can bench it for 10-12 reps you have no advantage when it comes to strength but maybe in endurance or stamina you will win its good to be lean big benefit but for strongman if your not it doesnt really matter as you see them being 400lbs and fat i guess what im saying is it depends what your goals are and what you want even for endurance speed type strength you still see the bigger or fat guys are winning over the lean guys so it doesnt really matter much at all overall strength Date: 2022-04-12
