Back Anatomy and Functions - How to Properly Train for Width and Thickness Hai: good one alain, keeping it simple yet informative. especially the variations of rowing movement. now i know why i always feel it on my top of my back but never my lower portion, it is because i always row with bent arm, pulling upwards but not pulling backwards. thanks again!

bro, thank you for sharing all this info and really showing us how the muscle functions. If i had this info 6 months ago, well. you know, id truly would know how to do rows properly and with different variations. Keep the vids coming brother. I like your style.

Good video. I have a somehwhat kyphotic posture so Ive been doing rows and pulldowns for months now and ive even stopped training chest but ive still not seen much external rotation. any suggestions? Thanks Alain.
