Hardgainers: Why You\'re Not Gaining Weight and Building Muscle Chris: bro i need some tips, i having working out for 7 month, im still in a surplus i was eating alround 3, 800-4, 000 calories, but alround the las 3 month my daily activity increase to much so i was progressing but when i increase my activity i start losing weigh so i increase my calories more alround 4, 500 to 5, 000 im very active, sometimes im gaining alround 0. 25 to 0. 5 this 3 month, but for my time i just can have 3 or 4 meals and i need eat 5, 000 i feel like shit sometimes i can't eat more but if i don't eat in a surplus i lose weight fast, im progressing in the gym the only thing make me happy, but i dont feel getting bigger like i see in pictures: ! this sucks man need ur help. sorry for my English bro im learning this language

I'd be super cautious with this as I used to do this weekly, almost daily measurement of body weight, etc.
Obviously, it has its benefits but some people especially beginner gym people will get discouraged & significantly impacted by the daily measurements.
I say every week as the most frequent & even that, I think is a bit much.
I do monthly since I like comparing two photos & seeing the more obvious changes.

hey ive got school everyday and will not be able to go to the gym until the weekend and i weigh 119 pounds/ 53. 9 kg are there any suggestions on what i do and i also don't have much motivation to do home workouts so do you have any suggestions and if there are home workouts for mass that are a little more fun?

Eating for maintenance is 2nd nature for me. I have been at the same weight for the past 15 years, give or take a couple of pounds. So I just eat a bit more now I don't even count calories. Gained 15lb in 6 months lifting. no noticeable fat gain or at least very little. I guess I'll keep going this way ha

damn ive been stuck in the same weigth for almos 7 months. I train hard my calories are in a surplus. i feel like giving up but i wont. ur videos always give me that extra boost

hi im not gaining weight even thoug i eat more than 4000 cal in firts few months i gain 20 pounds now i cant even gain a pound even thoug i eat more calories pls help
