Just a suggestion, I understand this video was live but in future videos when you talk you should try to get to the point fast and edit out, for example, -and umm- -and sooo-, -you know-. It will make your videos better. Try to look at other popular you tubers they cut and edit their videos to make them shorter. Use their videos as guide. Users can always go back if they miss something. As opposed to waiting. Just constructive criticism.

After I eat I feel sluggish, I prefer larger infrequent meals. Working full time and going to school I train fasted. The thought of not meal prepping and consuming food in general makes my life 10X easier less stressful

What about body recomp. I'm considered a beginner. They say you have to be in a caloric surplus to gain muscle but yet a caloric deficit to burn fat?
