hey im 15 height is 5'8 and i weigh 138lbs im skinny fat, i have a big belly for a skinny fat person. What do you recommend me to do. i do have a calorie deficit and healthy but i just want to know if i should bulk or cut and what exersices should i do?

So man, if I AM getting stronger, does it mean that I am building muscle? I am a total novice, been in the gym for 6 days. I weighed 77KG skinnyfat and now I am like 73. Does that mean that I am losing fat and building muscle?
