Good video! I just want to ask if there's a particular age to start certain workouts I'm 15 at the moment and I'm often made fun of for being skinny so I wondered if there's anything I should try to avoid for now

I am quite skinny. so what should actually i do. also i dont wanna grow big muscles. but yes i wanna be a fit and atleast an average guy which atleast have some mass on his body. plz recommend tips. thanx

I probably weigh 109lbs or less with a fast metabolism, I'm always active. I eat every 2hrs.
I was thinking if I stop working out I can keep my weight but you answered my question perfect!
