5 Easy Tips for Building Muscle on a Budget mario: Would you recommend the brand -Body Fortress- for whey protein? I started using optimum nutrition but I'm noticing it's a bit pricey at the rate that I'm using it at. Two scoops daily are about 50gs of protein and only last me 2 weeks for about 30$. And the body fortress is about 20$ on Walmart/target but has more grams per scoop.

Hey! I'm trying to lose some weight while not losing too much muscle mass.
Breakfast: 2 scoops of whey
Lunch: vegetables with chicken/pork
Training
Immediately 2 scoops of whey after the training.
Dinner: potatoes/pasta with chicken/pork

Thanks bro for this presentation, it's been a while though. Speaking about coupons in the mail. I only get mama mia's pizza and some other junk fast food lol. Thanks again for the tips.
