Home Workout: Upper-Body Bodyweight Training - Chest and Back AToastedBread: What's up Alain, Does it matter what order you do your exercises? Ex: (in weight lifting) a program with 3exercises squat, bench, deadlift with 3 sets of 8 reps each.
ex: complete squat 3 sets of 8 then move to the next exercise
Or
Ex: complete squat 1 set of 8 then move to bench 1 set of 8 and then move to deadlift 1 set of 8 and then repeat all exercises in that order?

Nice simple, but not necessarily easy session. The only suggestion I would make is to slow the cadence and lowering the number of reps. but of course all of that is subjective depending on who and what body type an individual is. Good job.
