The Perfect Chest Workout Routine for Mass thebigbus1: the whole -barbell is the best for loading- makes no sense to me. DB's will use the MOST stabilizers, then barbell, then the machines. If you wanna overload pecs MORE, without stabilizers, use machines. if you wanna recruit the most muscle and stabilizers, AND have a better range of motion, use DB's. I just really see no reason for BB bench unless you just love it, or are a powerlifter. My opinion, obviously: )

how to get shreded like u? im stuck at 1800cal and 15%. it cant go down further. been on this for like 6 months that my muscle slowly go off. lol. wad do? i cant go down caloire further cz 1800 is prerty low already
