Why You\'re Eating Big But Not Gaining Muscle Mass - Hardgainers ZeedDesign: I've never been one of those guys who eat a lot of food for habit and now i barely reach 2100-2300 kcal/daily (i have to force myself a bit, even for reaching this amount. I tried some BMR calculators and my goal should be reaching 2600-2700 kcal/daily. Looking at the stats i should be in a deficit but my muscles are growing and my weight is also (slowly) growing. How is this possible?

Hey, to gain more size on arms we have to do a lot of compound movements correct? I'm struggling to put on more size on my arms because I was doing a lot of bicep curls, tricep pushdowws, skull crushers, etc. Now I am doing Full body workouts to increase that overload and produce more testosterone for more growth. Any suggestions? Also, I have been working out for about 1. 5 years now I know its not a lot.

Hey! So ive been bulking for the past few months and my weight was going up by a lot since ive been eating around 4k-5k calories. Im two months in and the weight gain is slow now what should i do? Do you know why it suddenly slows down after a while of eating consistently on a surplus.

I haven't gained any muscle in all the time it took me from benching 60kg (135lbs) to benching 110kg (240lbs. How is that possible?
