Matthew: hey dude, Ive commented you several times before and youve replied every time. the things that you talked about in this video are legit. 100% accurate. The advice you give is exactly how I live my life and its helped me so much. Funnily enough the things you mentioned in that video such as the fear of losing your job I dealt with for the last 1 1/2 years. my work has been extremely slow so it was a definite worry of mine. until I realised there was nothing I could do to change it and that I need to figure out an alternative future proof career. So Ive started taking fitness extremely seriously and am loving the hell out of it and studying PT. Also relevant was my dad just passed away so I can completely relate to that advice also. this is all shit Ive learnt from my dad and sometimes forgotten but eventually figured out on my own.
