3 Biggest Mistakes Ruining Your Newbie Gains Victor: I'm skinny fat and because I was afraid of getting fatter I didn't eat a lot. I'm not tracking macros or even how much calories i need everyday, but i -feel- like i've been in maintenance zone (no a surplus nor a deficit.
I have been working out for 3 months, did I waste some of my newbie gains? Are they related to time training or to distance from your genetic limit?

This is great insights man. Kinda good confirmation. I am on a long term lean bulk. I am -190lbs 6'1- after 8 months. Bulking to 210-215. Then I might do a small cut. But I agree, my focus is on building muscle. Though admittedly my bf target is about 12% (14% currently)

Hey Alain, you have helped me a lot with your videos! Thanks for that. Could you make a video about writing down your trainings, I just cant seem to get the best way to track it down, i always get lost in the unorganised scribble.

Bro, tell us what happens if the two years of training wasn't proper, say, not following a proper diet or workout routine, what happens then? Does that mean we have lost our newbie gains?
reply

Alain please reply as a skinny guy, I shouldn't ever feel hungry right, I just woke up and my stomach hurts like it needs food is that hurting my gains? If I'm making sense.
