Olympic Lifts for Bodybuilding - Good Idea or Big Mistake? sport: i noticed that yesterday and today when i ate low carb my leg veins didnt pop out like they usually do, is this anecdotal and due to cold weather and stuff or do carbs really have a big effect on my vascularity in my legs. ( arms and shoulder veins still pop but calve veins kinda popped out less, also quads)

Don't get me wrong, I believe Olympic lifting to be a great way to put on muscle mass, gain strength, and improve overall athleticism (flexibility, power, etc); however, if your goal is solely to build muscle, there are safer ways to go about it.
