You either go to the gym cause u like it or u are not gonna reach any big goals anyways.
If you have to force yourself into going every day u are gonna start skipping days and eventually end up not going anymore.
If you don't like going to the gym just find a sport u like and thats gonna keep u in shape as well.
Btw if there was really a programm out there that could get u an awesome body in 6 weeks everybody would start with that in April and would be hella shredded by the start of summer lmao.

That's why I always created my own programs. Even fro the beginning, when I had no idea what I was doing. I studied what exercises hit what muscle groups, and incorporated them into what I desired to achieve.

By the way, at 6 foot 180 lbs 15-16% bodyfat how much you recommend on gaining weight per month on a lean bulk. Any advice, appreciate the insight.
