People who read this for god sake, if you can eat you pr calories and macronutrient in 2 meals then you can, if you can-t eat a lot in a meal then spread it out through the day. It-s the macronutrient and calories / training at the end of the day will give results.

I've ate 5 meals a day for years and it's gave me steady gains but its a ball. ache I'm always tired and always hungry. Time for a change fasting has me feeling great

I eat 4 meals a day and love it. I just make sure to hit macro requirements and throw some snacks in here and there. Good video and keep up the hard work.

Bro im a beginnner and 145lbs and my muscles are not mature so by 4 meals ill be having 36grams per meal will my body absorb it?
