Personal notes
1. You're training till absolute failure (Stop a few reps short of failure so the rest of the workout doesn't suffer)
2. You're not getting stronger (Track your lifts to see how effective your training is)
3. You're training each muscle group only once per week (Train each muscle group at least 2x a week)
4. You're switching things up constantly (Stick with something and focus on getting better at it, only switch things up when progress plateaus)
5. You're not strength training (Less reps and heavy weight = gainz)
6. You're pumped for every single workout (This is a sign you're not pushing hard enough, over time you should feel tired)
7. You're not deloading (Deload every once in a while to get rid of accumulated fatigue and come back stronger)

100% agree with deloading strategy that what I do every few sessions, I will almost kill myself for two/three days on my main parts back/chest/legs squats and then pick up extra isolation for my deloading as while isolating muscle you often lift lighter: ] worked well so far 18months in

This suggestion that every muscle group get worked out twice a week. does anyone here actually heal that fast? If I work out a muscle group enough to get sore, that soreness last 4-6 days. I eat plenty of protein and I try my hardest to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

Oh that is what I have not been doing. Deloading. I have been feeling weak and tired for the past few weeks. Have been training for months. I guess I am taking a break next week and do some cardio instead.
Thanks for the info man.

Can anyone please give me a routine! Right now I should go five times per week but I have only been going like three times. Right now I hit arms twice and legs twice.

I-ve been Bicep Curling the same weight for a few months and I-m doing the same amount of sets and reps but it-s still really hard. I don-t know what to do?

About the point with training to failure. The amount of reps in the next set went down significantly. Couldn-t that just be because of lack of rest?

What if you're doing a full body workout and doing main compound lifts? Is it ok to train to failure if you're not doing other lifts?
