Good video I believe I agree with you except one thing pulling the slack out of the bar only really works If you have enough weight on it to do so also depends on the type of bar you use because of the whip action you get but good beginner explanation just thought that I would give a little extra

I'd like to see something for abs top, bottom, and sides. I've been following a lot of your exercises with great results but I lack ab workouts and for that matter I need to burn belly fat. I have limited resources but I'm getting things as I go. Thanks again for the awesome videos

I have to start with it, if I do my workout and in mid or late workout for back/biceps, I can't pull myself up even once.

Even though this video partly covers the area I'm interested in but would you consider doing one about the rotator cuff group and the best way to strengthen them.

Can you please post back workout for women trying to train a develop feminine back but avoiding to create width in lower lats?

I only do block pulls, weighted pull ups and facpulls, getting stronger at tho exercises will garantee you a big back
