I used to do evenings and that's my overall preference. But I also really like taking a pre-workout and if I take it after 5 PM I do not sleep well (usually, so I've started going to the gym at 7: 30 am, waking up at 6: 30 am, eating a kiwi, almonds, and a banana (maybe 2 quick eggs) and my pre-workout, and generally it's been successful. My -warm up- before lifting is hitting the basketball court for about 10 minutes before I start training.

i Prefer working out in the morning because its more consistent especially with school, as long as you have a protein shake, eat a small meal and warm up properly i don't really see much of a difference, just my 2 cents

Mr.
Morning workout is less better than evening because you already eat 2 meals,
But if you take good preworkout meal in morning then the morning and evening workout are same!
Remember consistency is key to gains!

I don't get morning workout people. I'm sleepy, uncoordinated, and unmotivated at 5am. I'm absolutely not going to lift my best, plus you risk injury doing dumb shit because you are half asleep.

Mornings are definitely the best for me. Hands down. My motivation is highest in the morning and it gets me pumped for the day. The last thing I want to do is go to the gym after work.

I work as a Groundsperson, a very physically demanding 9 hour shift so I have no choice but to hit the gym after work at night but I found that It gives me far better result overall.

I know this has nothing to do with the video but I have a question. When you began training, how long did it take for you to notice considerable aesthetic results?

Good video. Personally I prefer mornings. The gym is quieter and no one is wasting time. In the evening it seems to be easier for people to hang out and take forever
