I-ve been doing your full body workouts 3 times a week program and really like it. I-m wondering how long before I should consider switching it up. It-s been 10 weeks and I-m stronger but muscle growth always seems to be a problem for me.

I think I might be over working my self to build up to my max-. Usually my bench goes bar warm up 45sx 13 45s25sx11 45s35x10 2(45s) for 10 everything after up to 305 is a 1 2 rep- too much going on huh

I find that following a mix of the methods best, where I follow one method for a few months, then another, and sometimes mix depending on stress, sleep, food, etc. prior to a particular day's session.
