Testosterone is a steroid hormone that plays a key role in bone and muscle health, sex drive, and overall health. Low testosterone levels may cause erectile dysfunction, depression, lack of energy, fat gain, and loss of muscle mass and strength. Many different factors affect your testosterone levels. These include how often you exercise and the type of exercise you do, your body composition, sleep quality, stress levels, and diet. In this video, we-ll go over 5 testosterone boosting foods you should include in your diet to support testosterone production and maintain optimal testosterone levels for a healthy lifestyle. A quick disclaimer before we start: No single food has the power to radically boost your testosterone levels. Your lifestyle, the macronutrient composition of your diet, and total energy intake also play a significant role in your testosterone production. This includes eating a balanced macronutrient ratio of protein, carbohydrates, and fats while maintaining a healthy body composition, and living an active lifestyle

The body makes it's own cholesterol so there is no need for any exogenous cholesterol just like you don't need to inject testosterone when your testicles are already capable of making enough.
If you do, you'll either cause the liver to stop your natural production of it and utalise the exogenous one or you'll now burden it with managing this excess cholesterol which it now has to work hard to get rid off.
However, before these excess cholesterol can be excreted, it may combine with any arterial plaquing that there may be and cause a heart attack or stroke.
It is Worth noting that there will always be some arterial plaque caused by internal inflammation or build up of Calcium due to overconsumption of either Calcium of Vitamin D or by other factors

The video doesn't say how much to take. How much magnesium to take and what kind of magnesium to take. Also how much zinc to take and how much and what kind of zinc. Also are they talking about vitamin D3 how much to take if your. Not out in the sun. And omega 3 fatty acid that's fish oil how much to take they don't say. And with pomegranate juice that has alot of sugar is it better to eat the fruit itself. They don't say.

I had very low T levels of 11, thats 1 of crashed for a man, opiod use for nerve damage. My smart Doctor got myself to sit in morning sun for 30 minutes. Then hit the battle rope. Then hole eggs Samoan tuna and porridge with blue berries. T levels went up to 18 then 19. Not bad for late 40s at the time. Vitamin D is key.

A really good meal that is high in protein and carbs but still healthy is getting some canned or packaged salmon and mix it with some rice and kale or other green veggie. It-s not super filling and if you put the right amount of salmon it can be a 30g+ protein meal.

I found the more I juice my own fruit and vegetables with a good quality juicer, every day. I feel 100% better-. ( Don-t forget to add beats in your juicer, I also sweeten with apples and eat the pulp when you are done juicing --) Stay Healthy friends -%-)

For magnesium supplement to work it has to be the right types. The most common and cheapest, magnesium oxide, has a terribly low absorption rate. So if youre looking to raise magnesium either get it from food or try magnesium citrate
