One of the most common questions beginners ask is: Can I build a well-rounded, aesthetic physique with just bodyweight movements. Not only that, but they-re usually interested in knowing if you can build as much muscle mass as someone who trains in the gym. So, what-s the answer? Take a look at some videos on social media, and you-ll find people doing pull-ups, muscle-ups, the human flag, and other impressive exercises. Not only do they have remarkable control over their body weight, but they-re also pretty jacked too. So, rest assured, there-s no doubt you can build an impressive physique with just bodyweight exercises. And even if you have some lifting experience under your belt, it-s still probably a good idea to be familiar with some basic calisthenics movements. Why? Chances are, at some point in your life, you might find yourself temporarily without access to the gym. Whether it-s because you-re going on holiday, a business trip, or whatever it may be. In these instances, being flexible with your training will help you maintain your physique and, in some cases, build more muscle. Your body weight is an amazing way to build muscle if you know how to use it. With that being said, here are 5 ways to build more muscle with just your body weight. genetics: He is a junkie that probably suffers from mental illness/delusion. Yep, and this fake natty people are horrible for the sport because it undermines all their efforts to have the physic that they have, even with roids, it's not easy to have a body like arnold, Ulisses, Mike Ohearn and so on but because they lie, all their efforts (training, dieting, focus, consistency, mentality) goes to the drain because instead of a image like -steroids are just a part of the process, they still work really hard, diet really hard- it goes to -they are only like that because they juice-. -
They are only like that because they have juice. Don't get me wrong, I agree that they put in a ton of work and you need to put in that work to get to their level. but you also need steroids. It doesn't matter how hard you train, diet, focus, etc you will never look like one of those people you listed unless you take steroids or are a 1 in a billion genetic freak like Ronnie pre juice.

It's possible to build muscles from bodyweight based workouts but it has many limitations such as the reps you have to perform to achieve failure or close to failure is higher than what you can do from weights.

Our body doesn't worry if we use weight or body weight to create the muscle stimulation. As long as it is challenged the muscles will grow as a way of adaptation and hypotrophy.

When you say 10 sets per week. Is that per muscle group? So for example 2 types of curl x3 sets x 2 workouts per week = 12
