KisBob: Its weird, because whenever I tried the underhand row, I couldnt feel a difference, compared to the overhand row. The single arm dumbbell row was the only excercise that truly activated my lats on a level that I hardly felt before, so I just do Overhand BB row and single arm DB rows, and also bent over DB raises for rear delts.
