You don't _'must'_ eat any particular food. or seven. At age forty, four or fourteen. Just make sure the food you consume has the appropriate micro and macro nutrition needed for you body to recover and perform and you will be optimal. There are no specific hacks.
Although, that said, some foods definitely are more valuable than others to somebody who trains or even just wants to look after that meat machine we call our body. because a machine is what it is and all machines have certain operating and maintenance requirements for optimum operation.

My addition, is that you should eat for the body you want, not the body you have.
So me, at 55 years old and 260lbs (down from 312, My ideal weight is 205. This is the weight I was when I was at the strongest and best athletic condition of my life, in my early to mid 30s.
But someone who is 160 (my weight in highschool) who would be est at 205, STILL needs the same protein as I do, even though we are on opposite sides of the ideal weight.

Great vid, after a health science degree and a decade of working out, this is basically my entire grocery list. I'd add, if you're too poor for salmon, sardines would work too - omega 3 and protein, but much more cheap. You'll probably want about two cans vs. 1 can of tuna or salmon though for a decent protein amount. I'm lazy AF so I actually don't have been or chicken as I'd have to spend time heating/cooking it (same with salmon I guess.

So, here is a superfood I eat before sleep: 200gr Greek yoghurt sweetened with vanilla taste protein powder, I add things like chia seeds, buckwheat, bran and raisins. Althouth according to the video quinoa also could be good idea to add. You need to put the chia seeds and buckwheat in water some hours before, probably quinoa too. Also you may need to add a little bit extra water to the mix to disolve the powder, experiment

I love protein and meat foods but i come to find out i don t need to eat too much of it, like i don t need to eat tons of protein, anywhere between 300 to 500 grams of protein for one or two meals is more than enough,

I love canned tuna, but be aware that it has a lot of mercury. I usually limit myself to one can a week, but I've seen some nutritionists recommend no more than one can a month.
