No Squats and no booty kicks - so ask your boyfriend, husband, brother or father to join! It's 100% suitable for men: ) You can also find those workouts separately on my Channel, if you prefer the non talking Version. I gained some fats lately- 3or4 kg? it-s only my second day of long journey that makes me feel scary how do i keep going till my goals? But i don-t want to blame myself. Someday my belly or thighs looks shit, but i-m not blaming myself. Eat less, more work outs then see -well-done! - I know I can-t keep perfect body everyday or every year, just admit it and start again. No excuse, just do it. I-m really pretending to see how i-m change in february!

I loved this workout so much! As a college cross country runner in her off season before indoor track starts in January, I am always trying to find good workouts that will give me a good sweat, and this one was perfect. I loved the combination of arms and core. My abs were literally crying and my arm muscles are still sore. I did this workout with a teammate in the college gym and we both feel so much stronger. Thank you!

I LOVE HER LIVE WORKOUTS! I always feel unmotivated after each 10 mins video and it's really hard for me to start another video to make it a 30mins workout. Please keep doing more of these, time flies so quick and i don't even realise 30mins is over!
