something DIFFERENT and new! Hope you enjoy this slow Sixpack routine, with a little bit of stretching I had a hard time developing this workout: D I wanted to have a killer BURN in my abs, without any fast movements and without being too intense. I wanted to have a calm workout, that is nice for a slow day, before bed or to wake up the body. OR on super hot summer days (hi August, you feel like a sauna. The first couple of minutes are very sixpack-focused, afterwards we work on overall core strength and in the end we calm down with stretching PS: 36-C while we were filming. I was sweating soooo much haha. - I burned 50kcal in those 10min. If you are taller or heavier than me (I'm 163cm, you will for sure burn more calories!

I have been doing yoga for a few months now and I-m really into the relaxed routines but I like the relaxation of it and I have some concerns about the way my body is changing because my hips and below has started growing some bust which is not what I do yoga for so could you like post a video for yoga but without the side affects to the body? I know this is a totally random comment but I can-t be the only line out there that does not want them which I know is wired but I just don-t particularly want the bust!

HIGH FIVE (or thumbs up) if you are team active, although it's boiling hot outside & we basically sweat while sitting.
It's soooo hot in Germany, but I would never complain. Working out makes me sweat like being in the sauna - WHICH IS SO COOL: D Doesn't that feel like cleansing the body? I could swear my workouts are even more effective now haha.
This routine is very slow and relaxed, so we won't die from sweating. Hope you like it: )

[Updating everytime I come past this workout]
Week 1 - Day 5 (30 Min Plan): MERRY CHRISTMAS!
After eating a whole lot of christmas food, this workout was. well, the name of the first song actually is a great summary of this workout. The yoga part wasn't THAT bad. But there was nearly no yoga part!
My abs are just too weak for just about every exercise in this video. But well, some day they'll be there!

I'm not as sweaty as you Pamela, i'm not gonna lie some of the moves i found a bit tricky i don't know why but whenever i go on my elbows my shoulders hurt: ( but i love this workout i will do it constantly to improve thank you for being so amazing.

This was such a great workout! So difficult but I-m proud of myself for finishing, even if I didn-t quite get through all of them (that side plank crunch is a killer)

Can we keep changing the beginner friendly workout according to us or do we have to do the same video for weeks?

Typed in -chilled abs workout- and it gave me this HIGH INTENSITY work out.
Only thing chilled is the music -
