want to train your legs and booty & burn body fat at the same time? I got you This routine combines STRENGTH exercises for thighs, hamstrings & booty with some CARDIO / HIIT movements like Jumping Jacks, High Knees and Mountain Climbers. I reallyyyy hope you like this combo! I think it's perfect for an intense Leg Day or a Fat Burner Day. It's not too hard (it didn't kill me, it won't kill you haha) but it's still a burner. The music is very motivating as well! I was also sweating quite a bit - but that might be due to the Ibiza sunrise heat: D we filmed at 7am again, to make sure nobody would disturb us. I didn't track calories since I forgot the charger of my watch lol - but I'll add it in the description once I did If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time: ) that's the best feeling! The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I-m doing 30s for each exercise

day 1: it was very hard for me, because I haven't been exercising since summer, I died, but I have already seen the result, my legs are a bit slimmer, in like it-
day 2: it wasn't that hard like yesterday. but I was sweating a lot, I like THE CURRENT result, it's amazing, my ties get slimmer and slimmer
day 3: it was very easier than yesterday to do, but I was sweating of course, I dont know, but I like this workout

day 1: IT WAS REALLY HARD FOR ME my legs hurt a lot but it feels good
day 2: it was a lot easier than yesterday and i can see that my legs are a bit slimmer
day 3: it was really easy today i'm still sweating a lot but it gets easier everyday! (right leg: 54, 5cm left leg: 54)

i loveee doing her, older, workouts (ik this is actually just 1 year old) because the songs are giving me 2020 vibes and i love that!

I have to say I love this kind of workout. this mix is perfect. maybe another a little longer but all match perfect
