works perfectly as a cool down after ANY kind of workout, before bed or in the morning after waking up! To be honest: I don't stretch enough. At the moment I just have 1 or 2 (that's optimistic) relaxed stretching sessions per week. With this cool down routine, I might change my habits though: D We all have 5min after a workout. And 5min (= 10 exercises) already go a long way. We stretch the sides of our body, our legs, tummy and work on our spine and hip mobility. No new or fancy exercises - but finally a super quick video we can stick to: D Let's calm down & give our bodies some love in a different kind of way. PS: I also have longer Stretching Routines on my channel 15min Daily Stretch & 2x 30min Stretching

your excersises really give me a lot of hope, until recently I have been trying meditate everyday until I build enough motivation to try this, I spent 6 months doing that and now your workouts have helped me begin my next journey. I just want to warn anyone that sees this. When you roll your neck, don't roll it all the way back. This can cause damage over time. Only roll it back to its natural position.

Thank you that was great. On one of the lunge stretches, my elongated leg had a bunch of pain on the knee cap. I think I should get it checked or am I that stiff?

THIS IS AMAZING! I-m on my 3rd day and I already notice a difference in my flexibility! I can lie flat on the pigeon stretch! Thank you Pamela! --

I definitely recommend for you to try these stretches! I do them all the time before my workouts and never feel fatigued or sore: )

I really love this streching. been doing it for a few months now! I think its just nice and simple, what you really need everyday!
