I loved this abs workout so much despite all the neck pain. I love your -Let's train together- workouts because it feels like I am not working out alone and you keep explaining as you go so I am sure I'm doing the exercise 100% right. I just have one tiny suggestion. Could it be possible in the future to first show / explain the exercise and then start counting the 30 seconds? Like you did in the 15 min full body workout? It makes it easier to follow along, as otherwise I loose time trying to understand the exercise and I either loose time or have to press stop so it's a bit inconvenient. Thank you so much for creating these videos---

These workouts have helped me so much. It-s been like 3 months since I have started working out (5-6 times a week) and the results have so incredible. I have reached so many goals that I never thought were possible. And I-m so great full for women like this who make it-s so easy to do that.

I'm just starting the workout and i have to pee SO bad! but where I live it will not be water till 8pm and it's 4: 30pm so i hope this workout won't get me peeing on the floor

I didn't actually feel it that much, I had a lot of trouble doing it because my thighs hurt and my abs didn't want to hold by themselves - I guess I'll try this again when I'm stronger

I have been doing Pam's workouts on/off from the beginning of 2021 and I have lost some centimeters from my waist and totally gained some strength too! - Thanks Pam!

Love this format with talking/explaining the movement so that we can follow along easier with you & not have to look at the screen as much. Good encouragement too!
