I hope you enjoy them! / This is a super quick & intense Cardio Workout, that will raise your heart rate, burn calories & tone muscles at the same time. It's not on the I'm gonna kill you Intensity Level - but it's definitely challenging: ) Grab yourself a towel or yoga mat & let's do this together! NO EXCUSES. Let's get out of this quarantine fitter than ever before! The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I-m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time: ) that's the best feeling! Today was my best training so far. Only took two short breaks, since at the beginning I really feeled like needing to stop after every excersize. So today I allow myself to be proud

I did it in my pj's- y'know, cs were lazy --- and I was still sweating buckets. It's so fun and kinda easy but it's the first workout that is fun, easy, but buckets of sweat.

Thanks Pam. My slipped disc is acting up again. I was advised to avoid workouts involving impacts on my joints for the meantime. This is perfect. Thanks again.

I haven't worked out in months but after my family constantly telling me how fat I am, I tried this and I felt so good about myself. Like I just lost 10kg -

Kinda hard to do this when you have to look at the monitor non stop to see what exercise you have to do next.
Vocal cues would be nice.
