A NEW Full Body Routine - Beginner Friendly We train abs, booty, arms, back & core strength in this new routine. Everything is down on the mat - nothing in a standing position / no squats or jumps either. It-s very knee friendly & neighbor friendly as well! - I tested this with Dennis and he approves - it's manageable - I will talk you through all the exercises, give you tips on how I do the exercises & what's important. - Those 15min will be fun - you got this! No excuses guys! No Equipment needed. No rests (but you are more than welcome to take one, if it-s getting too hard. No noise (no jumps or anything. Everything is going to be down on the mat: )

Starting this workout today I-m looking for a physical difference I-m not measuring or weighing myself let-s see how this goes
Day 1 - felt the burn a lot but I enjoyed
Day 2 - burnt a lot but I powered through and I take 2 breaks which I-m proud of
Day 3 - I was really tired
Day 4- the last few excercises were challenging but I did it I-m starting to see results in my stomach my clothes fit better and my -abs- are kind of starting to form

Thank you very much for this video! Love it! Just my knees, which have some issues, hurt by all the bridges (Glute bridge, Wide glute bridge, Close glute bridge, Close glute bridge pulses, Glute bridge hold. Do you have please alternatives for them which would train the same parts of the body? I would be grateful for any tips from you Pamela.

You are awesome Pamela. Thank you! This is a professional workout with encouragement and guidance. I feel so good after this workout. I say to everyone considering this: do not underestimate the short period of time for this workout. This beats some long workouts in results and energy.

I am so happy I finally got through this with no breaks! I remember doing it about a month ago and having to stop soooo many times, but not today! It's so satisfying to see progress and feel getting stronger!

day 1: i can barely finish this workout, especially the push up, i have no strength in my arms, but good thing i-m sweating like a spounge

Abs always kill me. I have to take like 10 breaks only during the ab-phase of the vid: O i hope one far-off day it'll get easier: DD
