a quick routine for every day it works perfectly as a cool down after ANY kind of workout! But of course, you can also do this in an office break, simply to relax, before bed or in the morning We stretch our entire body! 6min = 12 exercises. Short but beneficial: ) - legs, hips & butt - tummy - back & chest - spine I learned to love stretching sooooo much! I remember, about 6 months ago I definitely didn't stretch enough. This also impacted by training, since my muscles were feeling stiff and sore for longer, I started getting pain in my knees, etc. Now, I really look forward to a short stretch after a session. It's so relaxing, the music calms me down and you will quickly see improvements: ) Let's calm down & give our bodies some love in a different kind of way

i just gotta say, thank you. ive been starting to workout like last week since ive alwaays wanted to btu never had the motivation, energy etc. but thanks to you and other content creators im slowly starting to build up a healthy routine of mine using ur stretch videos. thank u and i wish u everything wonderful in the future, much love

I lost 12 kgs, thankyou Pamela.
Started with Dayana Wang's stretch in bed, followed by Pamela Reif's beginner stretch, followed by beginner dance by some Korean group followed by 3 minute lose belly fat before bed workout(Laura's corner. If someone is interested, will share links.

ok so i'm a girl. and when i watch this to see if i like it. the only thing i can look at is her beautiful face, she's so pretty (and really helpfull with her workouts and pilates)

I see people doing ten to twenty minutes stretches at the gym pre workout they then do just FIVE minutes working out followed by another twenty to thirty minutes of stretches lol

Idk if this has been pointed out already but I love how the cobra is immediately followed by a song that starts with -it might be a mistake that I'm calling you the snake-

This is SO calming after studying for 5h straight. It really helps so let everything go for 7 min, so I can start studying again-

I do 6 min stretch every evening after finishing 2 x 10min hiit. Will try to do 3 x 10 min hiit workout. Thanks ms. Pamelia for your video. Love you! -

I love her and Denis's attention to detail. Leaving the music to flow after the end of the workout to be able to relax until we want. Amazing!
