SUCH A KILLER ROUTINE - but you won't notice while you're training (because it's also kind of happy. I was dripping sweat after only 1 round! Cardio is fun today! omg I am so exciteeeeeed! A combination of your (and my: D) favorite parts of the 15min Happy Dance, 12min Happy Sweat, 12min Happy Cardio & 10min R&B Dance. Basically, it's mostly about the last, super high energy songs! The parts that we put all our energy into, that we sweat it all out & feel so happy afterwards. This is my favorite HIIT workout ever now. It's SUPER DUPER intense, will kick your ass, but it will also kick the 12min Happy Cardio from it's throne haha. At least for my personal taste. Let me know what you think! - burn lots of calories - improve your endurance - main muscles worked: thighs, butt, abs (from all the high knees) - boost your mood & just be happyyyyy PS: thanks for helping me decide about the workout parts on Insta Stories! Always love to do whatever you like best: ) Apart form the good mood & I can also guarantee a serious number of burned calories here. - I burned 90kcal in those 10min (which is a loooooot. Depending on your height, weight and fitness level this might vary between 80-160kcal

This is the best HIIT that I have ever seen. I have never done such amaizing workouts and I first time feel myself really good. I liked it so much, that I want to do it everyday. Thank you, Pam sooooo much------

I liked the is one I was good abs easy until we got to the 1x jump and plank jump. That one got me but I did it completely and didn-t give up on myself.

A little help to those who cant handle so many high knees: go as long as possible but then switch to jogging in place or just walking around the room.

this one is my favorite it is almost easy. probably because there aren't any mountain Climbers. they always make me forget how to breathe.

I try this HIIT work out and it turn out that it burn 100 fats and also it push more VO2 max on my MII
