I have just started following you and doing your routines/lifts etc. enjoying the much. my question is, should I stop doing a specific lift or a body part after I got a pump? I know frank zane said lifting after a pump was reached was counter productive. example: today I did arms, I followed your videos and did 3 exercises for bi's and then 3 for tris (although alternating but not superseding. after the first 2 exercises (3-4 sets each) my arms were totally pumped. I continued with the last bi try rotation and poof the pump was gone. did I do too much, so to speak and should I have stopped with 2 alternating sets or maybe just 2 sets of each in lieu of 3-4 sets? I guess my bottom line question is: should I train till I receive the pump and then stop hitting that body part? presently am taking your advice and doing a -bro split-. thanks in advance.

Every body part I train now I follow you're routines mixing it up with you're variations of each and found the connection again. after going through the motions and plateauing for a while you're comical and straight into it approach has me laughing and training hard. im approaching 50 in December and determined to feel my best. not just for then but as a lifestyle so just wanted to say thanks and any chance you could do a stomach core and oblique workout?

Haven-t watched the video yet but I hope it-s good cause I-m a skinny build, a lot bigger than I used to be, 22 years, my biceps are decent but my triceps don-t fill out my arms cause the side bit just won-t grow, the back of the tricep has some decent size but you can only see that in certain positions, from the front it makes my arms look not very wide, annoying,

Mr.
the 3rd one is what i do it's my favorite finisher for tricep it's probably my favorite lateral head workout coz most times i just do that on cables instead of traditional lateral extension.
however i stand facing the machine with my elbows flared out a bit with a little twist at the bottom

I struggle with some of these neutral grip movements if you will due to nasty tendinitis in my forearm. Any tips on either overcoming the injury or workarounds? Btw your workouts have been life changing for me and I share your stuff with anyone that asks where I get my crazy ideas from!

I like that he isn't afraid to actually use light weights. You can see his muscles flexing and working with the light weights. Others talk about proper form with a lighter weight being better than lousy form with heavy weight. Ryan does it!

well, basically the triceps lat. head is not doing a internal rotation. its the radius bone that rotates around the ulna which is performed by several muscles belonging to the forearm. thanks anyway for the video and keep going; )
