Its crazy how obsessed we are with vanity. Hours of workouts, making meals, watching these videos, paying for gym memberships, supplements all to look better. Ya makes you feel more confident but only because you think someone else is looking at you with envy. Let's face it, only a small percentage of people work out for health or performance.

The key for me to get my rear delts to grow or engage better was to put rear delts first in my shoulder routine the next and most importantly is to drop the weight. The rear delt is a very small muscle compared to the overall shoulder and to hit it directly you do Not need a tremendous amount of weight

I enjoy these videos and can feel it for certain when I-m done. Can you recommend how many sets of these and the other dumbbell exercises? I-ve been doing 3 sets of 15, sometimes less reps. I know it-s different for everyone but I-m a fat 41 year old look for some some advice. Thanks

Alot of personal trainers look wasted and fat. practice what you preach. LMFAO. how are you going to fix someone when you can't fix yourself. lol. like you said brother. 4 year degree and they look like shit. they just justify it and say. I'm a hard gainer. or I have a injury. LMFAO

If anybody thinks doing this routine will get you bigger shoulders compared to getting strong overhead presses, you are an absolute joke - almost as much as this clown. Try doing that -lateral raise- where he moves the dumbbell an inch and see if it does anything after a year.

Ryan, for the leaning partial side laterals, do you superset both segments (leaning & grab / hang) one shoulder at a time? Or do you do the leaning partials one each shoulder and then move to the grab / hang lateral raises on each shoulder?

Jeff is like an encyclopedia of info. and Ryan is like a picture book. Both are awesome but Jeff has actual in-depth, 3 month long workouts that you can access for really cheap. Ryan's advice is good but it's like a drive by.

Jeff Cavalier does a dumbell shoulder workout and titles it -get jacked delts-. Ryan does a dumbell shoulder workout right after and titles it -get huge delts-. Only Jeff's version was better and shadeless.
