Ready to put some size on and build bigger forearms. Me too, let's get after it. In this video I went over how you can hit those forearm muscles in so many different ways, everything from flexion, extension, pronation, supination, adduction, abduction and even separate muscles fire when doing grip based exercises. With all of those movements I wanted to give an easy to follow along workout that will help anyone quickly and efficiently train them

I have a very weird thing going on. Just yesterday I have been training my forearms with a barbell loaded with more weight than usual (60 kg. I did not really curl them, but only tried to lift them for 2 or three seconds then relaxed. 12-13 reps of that and 3 sets. And today my forearms look HUGE. I know this should not be possible, you dont grow big over night. But my forearms are noticably bigger and they dont hurt at all, so they dont feel sore. When I grab them with my hands it feels like they are pumped, even though I havent lifted anything since yesterday. It feels dense like pure muscle. Does anyone know what that might be? I have never has something like this happen before. Some weird reaction of the muscle fibres or the blood or something?

I used to have an excellent forearm workout, I didn't focus too much on the tiny muscles, forearm adductor, ect. I pretty much would do flexion and extension with a dumbbell sitting down, occasional reverse curls with a barbell, and farmer's walks with my arms at my sides with like 50lbs, 60lbs, and just keep walking until failure.

I've noticed using a empty bar and forcibly grip the bar tight and push your arms in like your trying to slide your hands to the middle of the bar works very well, when that gets to much pull hands outwards, very direct forearm workout, works well for me.

It would have been nice to see heavy finger rolls at the squat rack with the pins high. Which would have been another exercise to thoroughly piss everybody off that's trying to use the squat rack! With more than just straight bar curls -

You can always add variety and instead of going to the gym to train forearms, find a local arm wrestling club. Believe me, 1 hour of practice once a week will give you a good set of forearms. Your chest and biceps will feel it as well.

Saving the Pitties? You just got a lot cooler my dude. Side note: If you weren-t in an LTR, that fact alone would let you slay the ladies. Bearded, fit, and saves dogs? You wouldn-t even have to try. -

I tell every Meathead I like. You need to build a Campus Board. Usually after they realized that my forearms were stronger than theirs are? And they make me look like a midget.

This guy openly takes steroids no? Meaning literally anything he does is going to be more effective sooo following his advice and expecting the same results is pointless.

You wanna build forearms? Take ratcheting screw driver and remove all of the fuel panels and overwing panels on any corporate business jet. That will build some forearms.
