The big take aways I want you to get from this video is that supinating your wrist and controlling the path you arm extends on will help keep the tension in the long head of the tricep, that means you really need to keep from rotating that shoulder in. Also, any chance you get to open up that shoulder more and do extension style movements will really allow you to isolate the inner tricep unlike anything else

Another great video. I've been watching your videos for quite some time now and I have implementing so many of your training methods and it has transformed my workouts! - would you be able to do a video on how many moves you should do per body part in a workout? How many sets and reps you should do per move. So for example, if I was training shoulders, what would you recommend would be the ideal amount of different moves and how many sets and reps you should do of that move. I usually you 6 different moves for shoulders, I aim for 3 sets of 20 reps per move. I don't know if thats overdoing it or not doing enough. Or if I'm training back and biceps, I'll do 3 moves for biceps and 3 for back, again 3 sets and 20 reps. Same for chest and triceps. This question comes all the way from Scotland and I hope you could find the time in your what I'm guessing will be a very busy schedule to offer any advice at all. Again though, thanks again for the brillant vidoes! -

For 10 years I've been working out without a single injury. Im 27 now and tried crossfit. Now I have an overstrained biceps that just does not want to heal. WTH do I do? Im going to some shock therapy today but it only helps momentarily. If I don't work out at all, I cant sleep. god damn it. I cant keep skipping biceps day.

I know you said you would have to take your time with routines but a Push/Pull/Legs routine would be awesome! Also any recommendations on how to add my biceps and triceps in the mix while I-m pushing and pulling in my girlfriend? I rotate my wrists on the headboard but my damn Carpal tunnel gets me every time. --
