Hey Ryan, you've made several back workouts using dumbbells, a regular gym and one with no equipment whatsoever, not even a pull up bar, which isn't so ideal because -there are a lot of people out there who only have a pull up bar and nothing else. - Can you make a video about the best way you can hit your back if all you have is a pull up bar? (You can do the other floor back exercises too) but just take advantage of the pull up bar as well. Incorporate it. How many sets, reps, wide, narrow grips, how can we hit the upperback using a pull up bar? (if there is a way)
The answers to these questions will sure interest a large portion of your views especially during the pandemic. Right now, so far, neither of the gym/dumbbell/no-equipment back workouts is optimal to us because we can't access weights or a gym, and on the other side of the spectrum, we can do better than a no-equipment back workout.

You remind me of this guy who helped me learn my way around the gym when I was a beginner. I was doing pretty much everything wrong that you can do wrong in the gym. He was a body builder there and was kind enough to give me pointers everytime I came in. He helped me go from fat to the best shape of my life with his little daily tips. Very grateful for guys like you who take the time to share what they know with the rest of us.

Hey. I like your exercises, because they are different and they are working -!
But I don't like that you are talking so much and not showing exercises enough long. I am watching your videos also in gym and is difficult to skipping video on a part where you showing exercises. Can you extend this part with exercises and/or make chapters on videi, so we can easily skip directly on a exercises part.
Thnx -

Too late bud - I already had my back day. However, maybe you could help me adress an issue I have: when I do especially benchpresses, I get a pain in the outer side of the left delt, last time I did benchpresses to a point where I had to lower the weight to almost nothing in order to get it done. But overloading the muscles is a problem this way, and I would very much like tpo be a big boy and push a big weight.

Tried the overhead dumbells. Puts too much stress on shoulder, elbow joints, grip, and triceps. Only about 40% of the effort is going into the lats. One heavier dumbell overhead with a two handed grip hits the lats about 70% though. Good exercise like that. The dumbells with your butt on the wall is epic. Really good. Allows perfect form. -

Hey Ryan
We have a 2nd lockdown in Canada for 28 days. What would a minimalist workout program you would recommend? (Pair of DB or KB)
I am thinking about starting the 10 000 KB challenge by Dan John for 4 weeks.
Goal: not loose strength and keep/increase conditioning. Outside workouts are near impossible with the upcoming cold

Thank you Ryan -- videos like that are most helpful. I would have never gotten that leg lift correct at the gym had I not watched you first.
There is so much red in your beard! It looks awesome but I agree -- consider shaving your head or at least a very short crop cut like this time last year. Just for sh-ts and giggles. surprise us.

Prefer your succinct right to the point video's to the gab fest from athlx but you lost me with your 1st time Cop client whose arms you worked until he threw up! and you stated---He came back the next night, he loved it! I knew I had a client. - Surprised if you 2 didn't chest bump at the next workout. LOFL

Hi Ryan, would you be able to do a video on attacking just the outer quad sweep? I have extremely stubborn growth there and no matter what I-ve tried I only get medialis and adductor growth. Close stance squats and hacks still hit my inner quads: (
