I think I can speak for everyone here, in saying we need to see you do a workout routine while using an old vibrating machine(the ones with the wide strap. While vibrating, you can explain to us how cranking the intensity of the vibrations can shake loose -the testosterone cells trapped within our fat cells- which in turn -gives you that -TONED- look we-re all after. - Instruct us on how pointing your feet in, tones your pecs, inner thighs and core; while pointing your feet out, tones your lats, obliques and outer quads. Preferably, you would be wearing short shorts, knee-high socks and a headband. Extra credit if Oliva Newton John-s -Lets Get Physical- is the soundtrack. You have till April 1st. Get after it.

Ryan, can you hit on what you feel a good workout time window is and maybe throw your idea about splits in there. There are so many different ideas out there from not working out for more than 90 minutes to working out for 5 hours is fine. Wanted to hear your thoughts and opinion. I workout 3+ hours a day but I usually split that time between two groups. Do you feel it's more beneficial to take less time in the gym and workout one body part or what? Videos are kick a$$ brother.

Hi Ryan, I can't consider you in the -new gen- category trainer, you're too old, but you're also too young to be -old school- ( no way you're 50+. Here's my question/dilemma with most people talking about arm growth and reducing cheating to it's max. Why do you guys never talk about Arm Blasters? They were and still are a very hardcore item to use for arms. I do enjoy your vid's! Thanks!

Years ago I thought yeah I'm in good shape, then after armed forces and Police by 47 my body was shagged, foot ankle reconstruction, permanent limp awaiting hip replacement and felt low. Then saw this video and thought oh F--k it I'll give it a go. Yep this works two months 16 and a half inch biceps and this bloke knows his stuff. Now wheres my pea protein.

Need advice about biceps. I-m an old dude that just started working out. I-ve raced motocross most of my life so I have done lots of grip strength and forearm work BUT whenever I do any type of bicep curl, my left bicep does the work for the left arm and my right Brachialis does the work for the right arm. How do I fix that? Appreciate any input.

I have a first generation Total Gym collecting dust and holding a stack of collapsed boxes up against the wall in the basement. Let-s see a video on how to come dangerously closing to throwing up in our mouth or shitting our pants while putting in an intense grudge match with our inner 12 year old self in the spirit of Chuck Norris.

I like the idea of destroying the trendy little machines of current and bygone eras. Too bad I'm no where close to your location. You could break them, then we weld them up into modified medieval torture equipment (retaining the original name decals, of course, and you make helpful demo vids using our godawful creation.

Vid from 4 months ago you asked. Try any workout thing made of plastic mostly. If it-s under $80 I-ll buy it for you to demonbreak.
Otherwise I need exercises for butt that don-t involve bending knees as most of mine are gone and rest is all arthritis. I-ve no shame. If it might work I-ll try it

I've started your -30 Day Garage Style Program- yesterday.
And f--- me, i'm feeling pain in places that I didn't even know existed. hahaha
So i'm definitely gonna get after it!
Finally a -garage- style program that's actually doable in a. garage.

Was going to suggest new vid on much overlooked forarms(covered here, calves and glutes. I looked at your yr. old glute vid which was helpful, so thanks for the past! But no humor in that one, almost didn't recoqnize you!
