do you prefer to work out barefoot or in gym shoes? I wouldn't go barefoot in a public gym of course but see a lot of guys exercising barefoot. My ankles are tight and everyone does vids about everything else other than ankles and wrists which in my opinion is 2 of the most critical parts of the body that need development in order to better ones form when exercising. Can you do a mobility or vid about ankles, wrists and other joints that would help? No one has put anything out latley that is helpful and once all these gyms reopen, its gonna get real and I want to make sure my bodies joints are ready for the beating I'm going to give it! My home gym is nice but my gym has amazing machines that my body hasn't been around in just over 2 months so Im preparing to be exhausted and getting mentally ready for the pain that most of us love! Makes me feel alive and I crave that pain! Thanks man, you're the best literally!

Hi Ryan. Love your content and your training mentallity.
I'm 50 years old.
I have a question about training forearms and calves.
I started to train my forearms again. I train them everyday and I love it. Is it okay to train them everyday?
I didn't really feel my calves using machines and weights. So your body weight calves video inspired me to train them with only body weigth using steps of the stairs. I have a good mind muscle connection now and really feel them now. Is it okay to train them everyday and/or when they are still sore?

I'm starting to prefer unilateral training. I really like the Soleus lunge calf raise Ryan does here! It is a bit difficult to see, but is the trailing leg supposed to be off the ground for the duration of the set? I'm going to start doing this exercise on a regular basis and see how it works for me. I'm getting tired of doing seated calf exercises with dumbbells. LOL.

That first exercise looks like he-s taking a tricky shit.
honestly don-t complicate it easiest one for a burn out is single leg calf raises on the bottom stair of your house do right leg first 20 reps deep and slow then same for left then repeat both legs again straight away. Do 3 super sets of that and I guarantee your be walking like John Wayne

That just goes to show the role of genetics. Ive never even thought about putting my foot on a book at all different angles to hit the muscle group nor do i do much for them. I would throw you under the bus in calf game though(thats about it ha. Love your content though short and to the point.

Good day, I ll be watching your videos and used a lot of different technics of yours. Have been hitting a plateau for a while and your tricks help me a lot. I would like to see a video on what kind of HIIT we can do at home. Inside or outside. Thanks a lot! Keep the good work!

I been experimenting with these exercises and am having trouble getting a good burn/feel. I am able to get my hams to my calves. Any suggestions? I can't get too many reps out of them. Maybe 5 or less. I use strict form though and hold at the top for a few seconds.

Enjoyed destroying my calves + a copy of 'fifty shades' with this one, made a killer primer for full leg sets. 'Proof that a few quality inches can take a lady miles'. can't wait for the next video!
