Who said you can't grow that chest at home with lighter weight. Did a poll and this one had the most votes so I went through some more dumbbell chest exercises that you can do with the weights you have lying around at home

Ryan, I came back to this video, even when I now have full access to my gym in Bulgaria. I just did the 2nd and 3rd exercises for the first time and you were absolutely right - I haven't felt anything like this before: D Thank you so much for everything that you upload! Please keep up the good work: ) You have without a doubt helped me the most with my progress for the past 8-9 months: ) Thank you for that: )

-So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I. e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell. But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive. but! Overall quality --bestgym. equipment-- and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell. -

I think I have a new favorite trainer. Love the super short into and total lack of hipster garbage. Even more love the deadpan humor. DB Flye opinion--arms fixed or straighten any center? Also at bottom, when you stretch. Arms stay parallel to floor and bend as you do the movement, or widen as much as possible staying fixed with slight arc? Stretch feels different.

Lighter weight is the way to go. One must think about the long term and life time of exercise. When you get above 60 years, ligaments and tendons have oxidized and are less pliable. Lighter weights are less stressful on ones joints. My plan is to exercise up until a couple of days before they close the casket. Wish me good health.

I have a good set of resistance bands with handles and Velcro straps, push up handles, 2. 5 gallon water bottles, a 2X4, a door and joist in the garage. There's not an angle I can't get to do a an abundance of exercises. Going to have to duct tape the water bottles together for squats or start using a tool box full of tools.

Sweet push-up variation Ryan! If I may add to the technique, while pushing up into the arc movement, if you walk your toes up two small tip toes up then back out on the way down, it really engages the chest! I seen your toes sliding so I walked them instead, big pump! Keep'em coming bro!

I'm going to be a little pissed when this quarantine is over and I don't have Ryan's daily workouts. This dude is brilliant at describing and demonstrating how to attack a muscle group! I'm actually GROWING with these (my) home workouts!
