To get notified about the course first - Another at home video for anyone who needs a few different leg day exercises to throw into their routine. It's hard to keep things fresh when you're limited so hopefully you can add these in and get as good of a workout as I did. Beat up!

Interesting about pronating/supinating the foot! Why don't they explain it that way! When I first started training calves, everyone would say to point the toes in and out, never would they say to push outward or inward on the foot! I just tried it sitting in front of my computer and felt it from the first rep!
Also, while I have a gym setup at home: An old universal gym from the 80s (which works fine, btw, and adjustable dumbbells to 80Lbs, I find bodyweight workouts as effective or better ( I alternate between weight and bodyweight workouts. It seems like I have a better mind/muscle connection. This could be because I'm focusing more on the movement itself instead of moving the weights? Which leads me to ask ( and am sure it's been asked a zillion times): Can your muscles grow from bodyweight alone?

Lol fitness girls at my gym call those single leg out hip thrusts -crotch shots. - They look funny but I find those single leg variations are the most reliable hip thrust for working glutes. On normal hip thrusts, even with heavy weight, my lower back or quads take over unless I really concentrate on making mind-muscle connection to contract glutes only. But I'd rather not think that hard

The bloody size of you, your getting bigger day by day. 110%not natty. How are you able to pack in lbs of muscle in a few weeks.
Stop trying to fool everyone you fake natty!
I can literally see the extra water and gylcogen increase by the look of you day by day.
It's clear to anyone who nows about PED'S that your on cycle of something.

Hm Ryan. In your Lying Leg Curl video you preach plantar flexion to disconnect your calves and contract the hamstring. And here at 0. 46 you say -Every time)- you engage your calves it helps contract the hamstrings so much more. I started with with plantar flex and really felt what you said. Now. I'm confused. first corona and now this.

thanks for encouraging us to try new things: so got on the rings and was trying to work on pelican push-ups, but ended up doing supinated grip push-ups as you do on the mat. found that if you get at 45-degree angle to the floor but push down at the floor with your palms facing away, you get a real nice pump in the upper pec.

Dear Sir, that is simply crazy. I am kind of used to use my legs on a daily basis doing sports. Lucky me. But what the heck? After those exercises my legs feel like I just finished a three hour session at a gym, not -just- 15mins. Thank you very much! You inspire, motivate and it seems you are having fun doing so. Amazing!

Luckily, for me, a friend sold me a Tower 200( body by jake) sometime ago and I had in my workout room and I never hooked it till now. Also I have a Chuck Norris, Total Gym and a Treadmill. But these body weight exercises definitely come in handy when ya get tried of doing the same thing over and over. Thanks Ryan!

Insightful video!
I do have to admit that the way you show the different exercises for such a short time makes it harder to follow along and actually put together a full workout. I would prefer to have an overview of the different exercises in the end and short reminder what exercise targets what muscle. Thanks!

Hey Ryan can you do a video on the kinds of protein shakes you drink. Your nutrition video you said you drink up to 5 shakes a day! I took your advise and ordered a fermented pea protein isolate unflavored it takes like crap so I need some good tasting but healthy pea protein shake ideas please-

-Hamstrings have to be the hardest muscle to hit especially when you're stuck at home limited by equipment-
-Ryan Humiston, during the great pandemic of 2020.
A truer statement has never been made especially when you are dealing with some lower back issues.
