God damn it I'm at the point where I actually can't wait for gyms to open. Haven't been to a gym in years and never felt very comfortable there but I want to try these exercises and most of them I just can't do at home not least because not only are dumbbells worth their weight in gold these days, you just can't get them!

I like the different exercises you use, all about options. I also like that u don-t shave your arms, like all these other -juicing- you-tubers who are of the feminine persuasion. Really? Why would I shave my arms? Lol! Come on men, get big and stay masculine!

Yo what are your suggestions to those who have double jointed elbows? I have that, and when I lock out my arms too much, there is a hyper extension that keeps me from not wanting to lock out as much. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm 65 in 2021 and still working out more intense than ever before with techniques like these. Younger guys at the gym look at me and smirk because they see me using lighter weights sometimes. These exercises are brutal if you do them right.

Today I swapped two exercises from these with my usual ohp and rear flys. My traps didn't say f--- you but all my shoulder, biceps said that. In fact, my hand showed the middle finger to me. But, really, it was a good workout!

I find them exercises very useful as I had a hard time finding that angles that would work for me by watching all typical exercises but never felt shoulders as much as using Ryan's tips. Really helpful. Thanks, it works.

Realised after years of lifting. I'm weak as F$#k. and ego was way out. Now I look like a 12year old lifting and get some strange looks with light weight -- my shoulders are in bits. Great advice
