YoI love your videos, i just learn from you I should target chest and shoulders one day back and biceps the next legs then arm I've been looking for these for days and you was the only one that really explained, can you make a beginner workout vids for women, I want to work out upper body and lower body. I would like to know how to train chest and shoulders, back and biceps, and arms also what exercises todo ok n leg day to build legs and glutes with dumbbells or ankle weights I have both, I cant wait to watch all your vids, thanks in advance

How long should these be worn. can I wear them through the entire workout or should I take breaks between sets or exercises? Thanks for always keeping us informed and doing it with some funny ass commentary. Hope to see these soon.

If people use these, please do research. There are multiple studies that show if they are too loose, they don't do anything, and if they are too tight they actually cause your muscle harm. Multiple studies have exact equations on how tight it needs to be based on how thick your appendage is.

Did the 30 day program and loved it. I have done BFR before but was curious what your style is. I mean some people say leave them on whole workout others say do a set and then let the blood back in the restrict and do a set and then let the blood back in. What are your thoughts here?

Hey. Gonna need a diet video. More specifically, what the hell do you eat in a day and how much. I learn by example. For example. how the -&&--%$ do I get 2-300 grams of protein in me and still be in a caloric deficit so my dad belly melts away into a distant memory.

I tried some BFR bands but they were cheap ones and if you got it too tight, it hurts. Most gyms don-t have em so it-s hard to know if you-d like that type of training. If you have elbow pain when you train triceps, definitely try this!

Hi, Another great to the point vid. When I bought mine, the instruction said to not wrap below the knee for calves, keep it upper thigh and you still occlude the veinous flow without impinging arterial supply. Have you tried both ways?

I'm going to be doing your 30 day workout but I need to acquire a bench and bar for bench presses. I have dumbbells and an adjustable bench for dumbbell exercises.
