Ready to hit the garage and get a better at home workout? Let's do it! I thought it would be a good idea to run through some of my favorite exercises from the program, more specifically sets and wow are they brutal. You should see all the memes. Hopefully this inspires you to keep pushing even if you don't have much to workout with. You can definitely build muscle at home, you just need to be a little creative. You're putting out a lot of content, and I watch and like everyone; but you're probably starting to run out of ideas. I've got one for you:
Question Session:
Take your favorite comments questions and answer them. The dumber the question the better.
I'll go first: When is the best time to do hard static stretch. Is after the workout? The next day? Everyday? What are your thoughts?

The thing is Ryan most people won't push themselves in the gym, they just go through the motions, same old workouts, with the same old weight! Push yourselves! ! I just completed an hour training session for lats, biceps and hams and I almost passed out three times and was almost sick twice while doing bent over rows! ! I am 55 and if I can do it anyone can, stop making excuses! !

Just done the 3 angle push up giant set, with a band, to start my chest workout. By the 4th set the band was a memory and I had to do the decline portion on my knees to get a 4 rep max, and my chest was more inflated than Kanye-s ego.
100% of gimped up masochists would get stiff doing this exercise. Me? I just lay on the floor questioning my life choices between each set.

I do 3 sets of 25 with 25 pound dumbbells for my chest. Towards the end my arms are shaking (no arm muscles are flexed or fatigued) so what is making my arms shake? Also I don't get the burn to my chest like I do other muscle groups when I workout those muscles. Any suggestions on getting the burn to my chest. I'm 62 and fairly new to lifting. Thanks, Morgan

Happy to be one of many guinea pigs for the program. Best $20 I've ever spent and the most bang for the buck. So we've done giant sets, death by volume and drop sets weeks. I'm guessing week four is going to be some combination of weights and the most painful indigenous tribal manhood rituals.

Yep! Trying to explain to your significant other you are not trying to give yourself a knob job - an important skill.
I have made good gains since really listening to your -slow the f--k down advice. - It makes a MAJOR difference. And it hurts - but in a good way.

Dear Ryan, your whole first minute rant untill the word testicle is so incomprehensible I will make it into my ringtone. Thank you for all your gym advise and short, clear video's that most of the time are really to the point except for this one. You made my day.
