BIGGER Arms Workout (FOR SERIOUS GROWTH) AtoZbodyfitness: it's about tension right. so you have to slow down the reps for the first few reps and then continue at a bit of a faster pace. but while doing this keep the contraction and squeeze as much as you can. keep the elbows planted and don't move them. people tend to move the shoulder slightly backward which causes slight movement with the elbow offsetting the bicep curl. keep it planted.

Hello Ryan, I enjoy your vids I incorporate some of your exercises into my daily routine. I have a question I-m hoping you can help me with when I do biceps overtime I keep re-aggravating my elbows or tennis elbow when I push myself on my arm days. Do you have any suggestions for a man my age 52 on bicep Exercise that will not re-aggravate my tennis elbow?

I just finished your 30 day program. It really helped me create a clear goal for a changed lifestyle. Btw the last day of - By Any Means Necessary - made me cry for help, but nobody came! Can-t wait to go through it again and tweak it a bit to get better connections as you often suggest.

I think I always do wrong the reverse skull crush cause I do 10 but I don't FEEL my TRICEPS being worked out. I have 2 bars. first waist height and knees height. I do both and obviously knee height is harder. i tried to focus the pain on the triceps instead the whole arm -

What are age limits? This all sounds good for some young buck that whizzes Testutrone. What about guys that worked two jobs thru life to pay for wife, kids and their habits (hockey, football, and vacations). Now retired I would like to build some of what I didn't years ago.

I haven-t been doing high rep light weight. More moderate on count and weight. And tonight, despite not working up much of a sweat, it-s the first time an upper body workout has made me lay down between muscle groups.

Just tried your barbell French dip thing plus body weight curl superset and holy crap. I love doing dips and curls like that. thank you sir for making me know what pain feels like at the end of a workout lol

Anyone have any advice for biceps that aren-t the same size? I-ve been noticing my right bicep is much more full/bigger then my left. Should I isolate my left more and ignore my right for a little bit?

Did this for my session today and damn man! What a pump! Felt crazy and hurt like heck, but my arms have never felt or looked better after a session. Def gonna think about getting the program!
