Ready to build a bigger, wider back FAST Get the SWOLE app: I decided this week to take a different approach to video making and instead of getting into the weeds of relevant case studies, I brought you along one of my back workouts. The sets and reps are at the end of the video but just in case you want them written out here's the entire workout. Cable Pullovers: 4 sets (20 Reps) One Arm Landmine Row: 4 sets (15, 10, 8, 8) Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets (15) V Bar Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets (10, 8, 8) Incline DB High Elbow Row: 4 sets (15) Bent Over Row Drops: 2 sets (6, Drop, Drop) Let me know if you like this style of video. 30 years of training for my sport of Pro level BMX freestyle, I only ever liked 6 peices of equipment at my golds/powerhouse, so years ago I invested my yearly membership into buying those 6 machines and this does not include my row and treadmill equipment. Not a fan of all in one pos systems because they have massive amounts of fail points! My home gym takes up less space that this loo loo uses and I get a much sicker pump! These online health people are silly with their advice. No one should listen to any of them! Good luck out there

I shit about 3 times a day and like you it's usually after every meal. However if I take Mr Hyde pre-workout on an empty stomach with a yohimbie then I shit in 5 min, (loose) shit again in 10 min (hershey squirts) and then once I get to the gym I usually blow a gasket and then can start my workout. Then shit another 3 times after my meals so 5-6 a day then. You're not alone. ONE OF US. One of US!

Hey Ryan, I herniated a disk in my neck. Was able to push it back in and heal it through certain movements my therapist gave me. Thank god. Wasn't there a place in Austin TX you went to for stem cell therapy My short head tricep on my left side atrophied and I'm having a hell of a time building it back up. I think I have nerve damage and the muscle isn't firing. Thanks bro

I would like you to do a comparison on the one arm landmine row. You grab behind the plates, when I do them I grab in front of the plates. And no I don't mean meadow rows. Same body position as your one arm row. But I feel that with the weight behind the elbow it activates the last better. whereas grabbing behind the plates loads the shoulder more.

This was awesome, very insightful. Made my day to hear how many shits u take a day vs how much ur eating. I spent a lot of time intermittent fasting and it has destroyed how much i can eat. Will this eventually stop me from gaining if my caloric intake is based off a protein shake with a snack and 1 meal a day

Great inputs for back workout. Pls elaborate more on taking Cialis before your workout. I learned years a go golfers take viagra before a big game. I started taking low dose 25mg Sildenafil before lifting and it gives a good pump.

Have you tried intake breathing nasal dilators They're like magnetic nose strips. Heard they work a lot better than traditional nose strips. It would probably solve your problem of the nose strip falling off due to sweat

Growth hormone has really made a difference in his size. He should go more into his dose and talk about the risk of cancer from the peptides he uses. Also his chances of becoming diabetic. Would be a great video.

Can you go into more detail with the Skelton dummy what the scapula and lat are doing at 7: 15
If we let the scapula elevate, would we lengthen the distance between the origin and insertion of the lat

Isn’t doing compound exercises like rows to failure risky for people with hernias I am saying because you mentioned you had an injury due to hernia and so do I so I am a bit cautious about it

I feel you on the disc injury. Felt like somebody max squeezed a tube of toothpaste in my spine when I did mine re-racking a jerk. My right arm/shoulder has never really been the same

You ever get sternum pain from the chest compression on those incline DB rows feels great on the back but I've had to stop that exercise because of the chest compression.

If I could go back and tell myself any training advice it would be. DONT DO BARBELL BENCH PRESS OR DEEP STRETCH FLYS. I destroyed my shoulder for life. It hurts every day.
